Talent Acquisition Intern

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will engage directly with our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), assist with document creation and data organization, support candidate pre-screening, and play an active role in our college recruitment initiatives.

You will work closely with experienced recruiters who offer mentorship, guidance, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, real-world hiring efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork, clear communication, and bringing fresh ideas to help improve processes and drive efficiency.

By the end of the internship, you will have developed a strong understanding of talent acquisition and gained practical recruiting experience that will strengthen your resume and help prepare you for a future career in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Learning about our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while assisting our team with maintaining and updating templates
• Supporting our Recruiting coordinators with various onboarding tasks
• Reviewing job ads for consistency and fine-tuning them for accuracy
• Organizing our application question database
• Supporting the scheduling of assessments and other candidate pre-screening processes
• Assisting the College Recruiting Team with tasks related to recruiting interns and enhancing the overall internship experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skill
• Strong attention to detail, grammar, and organizational efficiency
• A desire to learn about talent acquisition and contribute to a collaborative team
• Solid computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, AI tools, and cloud-based file organization
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, but not required
