As a Project Coordinator, you will handle administrative tasks for multiple construction job sites. In this role, you will support an ambitious operations team that thrives on collaboration and innovation. Garney Construction is growing, employee-owned water and wastewater general contractor currently looking for an administrative project coordinator to help support our corporate and operations teams with a wide variety of tasks. 


  • Handle day-to-day clerical items such as mail and answering phones
  • Provide support to the Accounts Payable Department, assisting with data entry of invoices and reconciling vendor statements
  • Provide support to the Project Manager and Lead Project Coordinator as needed
  • Organize, maintain and track project documents and correspondences
  • Assist in preparing, tracking, and following up on construction processes (Subcontracts, Hourly Craft Timecards, Hourly craft new hire paperwork, Job Cost invoicing, work in progress reporting, expense management with Chrome River)
  • Assist in data entry, approval of contract documents, accounts payable invoices and payroll
  • Serve as the go-to person for clerical project needs
  • Learn the functionaility of Viewpoint Spectrum to assist with data tasks

  • Must be willing to work in our Winter Garden office, Monday-Friday
