A Project Engineer job based out of our Tracy, CA region is available at Garney Construction. To be considered for this position you must have previous construction experience.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Negotiate and purchase materials
- Create submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Coordinate projects from start to finish
- Assist with estimating
- Project setup & closeout
- Support field operations
- Maintain detailed Job Costs
- Work professionally with owners and engineers
- Assist in scheduling projects and crews
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 1-5 years’ experience
- Willing to travel
