WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Lead and supervise the College Talent Acquisition team, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures
- Coach, train, and develop team members; conduct regular performance evaluations
- Serve as a subject matter expert in early‑career talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Improve and streamline recruiting processes in partnership with TA leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and campus partners
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for internship and early‑career roles
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand staffing needs
- Oversee candidate screening, including resume reviews and phone interviews
- Train hiring managers and interview teams on effective selection practices
- Maintain positive communication with applicants to ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Present hiring insights and performance data to leadership
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry within the applicant tracking system
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Knowledge of hiring practices, job classification, benefits, negotiation, and employment regulations
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and sourcing strategies
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong organizational and analytical skill
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field (required)
- Minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience (required)
