An LMS Administrator job in North Kansas City, MO is available at Garney Construction. This is a full-time entry-level position. As an LMS Coordinator, you will update and maintain Garney’s Learning Management System (LMS), as well as perform other administrative team duties. In this role, you will support ambitious operations and corporate support teams that thrive on collaboration and innovation.


  • Update and maintain system / database and programs including, but not limited to, learning management, performance management, goal management though SuccessFactors (SAP)
  • Building out courses in the learning management system
  • Setting up and tracking training programs in the learning management system
  • Build and generate reports from various systems and programs
  • Provide support to employee owners by email, phone, and video calls
  • Handle day-to-day administrative items such as answering and filtering emails, assembling and distributing documents and materials, setting up and refreshing training and meeting rooms
  • Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to:
    • Assist and support course and program design, coordination, and implementation
    • Moderate and facilitate courses, workshops, webinars, meetings, and other events
    • Assist with manual, document, and presentation creation
