WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Establish site safety expectations and maintain job site safety
- Create look-ahead schedules and monitor the overall project schedule
- Coordinate with project management
- Review job costs and manage labor quantities
- Oversee quality control
- Manage subcontractors
- Train craft workers
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years’ heavy construction experience with 3+ years in superintendent role for similar work
- Knowledgeable in water, wastewater, and pipeline construction
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to identify and resolve any problems that may arise
- Strong experience in leadership, safety, and planning
