As a HRIS Coordinator job in Kansas City, MO at Garney Construction you will assist in the development and maintenance of current HR systems and processes. Your attention to detail , excellent communication abilities, and your HRIS experience in SAP SuccessFactors or similar system will bring you success in this role. The HRIS Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing, implementing modules, and maintaining the SAP SuccessFactors system, ensuring data integrity, and supporting HR processes.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Key Responsibilities:
- System Management & Maintenance: Oversee daily operations, data accuracy, audits, and troubleshoot SAP SuccessFactors system issues.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports, assist leadership with data-driven decisions, and maintain key metrics dashboards.
- User Support & Training: Act as the main contact for system inquiries, provide training, and develop user guides for SAP SuccessFactors.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for optimizing HR processes, implement system enhancements, and ensure alignment with HR policies.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure system compliance with privacy laws, manage access permissions, and stay updated on best practices and system updates.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS system.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into understandable insights.
- Experience in training users and creating instructional materials.
- Familiarity with HR processes and data privacy regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in data analytics and reporting tools.
- Project management experience, particularly in HRIS implementations or upgrades.
