As a Project Coordinator at Garney Construction in our Fairfax, VA office available at Garney Construction you will support an ambitious operations team that thrives on collaboration and innovation.  Your previous construction administrative experience will allow you to thrive in this role. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Provide support to the Project Manager and Lead Project Coordinator as needed.
  • Organize, maintain, and track project documents and correspondences.
  • Assist in data entry, approval of contract documents, accounts payable invoices and payroll.
  • Serve as the go-to person for clerical project needs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Ability to work independently.
