As the Logistics Coordinator in Gainesville, GA you will be responsible for the logistics of Hazmat Shipping (49 CFR and IMDG) including all required documentation and knowledge of import / export regulations. You will also be required to have ISO 9001:2015 knowledge or have the ability to obtain the training and apply. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, work independently, and adaptable to ever changing daily workload.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Support the Operations Manager with Purchase Orders, Sales Order, monthly and weekly production reporting, invoicing completed orders, receiving inventory.
Hazmat shipping for US and Multimodal which includes arranging transport in US, Canada and Europe including generating all required documentation.
Shipping fully regulated kits or samples to potential customers and certification agencies.
Purchase raw materials for production which includes working with vendors, entering purchase orders, obtaining quotes, entering receiving documents.
Key contact with Customer for all product orders, resolve any issues / missing information and follow up with tracking information.
Auditing per ISO 9001:2015 standard and development or revisions for process flows.
Maintain all document packets per regulated storage timelines.
Manage accounts payable (vendor payments), accounts receivable and all management reports.
End of month inventory reporting and entry.
Assigning safety training assignments as required.
Credit card reconciliation and report generation.
Timesheet reporting.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Have two-year degree or equivalent and a minimum five (5) years’ experience with Hazmat logistic shipping and office administration within a manufacturing environment.
A solid understanding or the ability to comprehend codes and regulations along with computer skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Will need to have or obtain Hazmat shipping certification for US, Canada and Europe.
ISO 9001:2015 auditing certificate
Successful completion of all required training (must be completed by due date for specific trainings or qualifications)
Will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.
